Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect your email address and the results of each analysis you run. Analysis results include your ATS score, the job title you applied for, your original resume text, the AI-generated rewritten resume, and the job description text. Job description text is stored to power the re-run feature (which lets you re-analyse the same role with an updated resume). Job descriptions submitted as scanned PDFs may not be stored if text cannot be extracted. We do not create user accounts or store passwords.

What we do not store

We do not store passwords, payment card details, or any data beyond what is listed above. Your resume and job description are sent to OpenAI for AI processing under its API data-use terms.

Third-party services

• Supabase — stores your email, plan type, purchased-analysis balance, and analysis results (including original resume text and job description text).
• OpenAI — processes your resume and job description to generate the analysis under its API data-use terms.
• Stripe — handles all payments. We do not store card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Render — hosts the application. Your data passes through Render's infrastructure to reach Supabase and OpenAI.

How long we keep your data

Your email, plan, and purchased-analysis balance are retained for as long as you have an active plan or unused analyses. If you've ever made a payment, your analysis results (including resume text and job description text) are stored indefinitely to power your history page and the re-run feature. If you've never paid, we automatically delete your account and analysis data after 2 months of inactivity — if you return after that, you'll simply start fresh as a new user. If you request deletion before then, we will remove all your data within 30 days.

Marketing

We do not send marketing emails, sell your data, or share it with third parties beyond those listed above.

Your rights (EU & UK)

If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at mfadhliismail@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
