An applicant tracking system stores and filters job applications. Many rank résumés by how closely they match the job description before a recruiter reads them.
Is Job Match free?
Yes. A free account includes 3 Job Matches every month — your ATS score, keyword gaps, improvement tips, and a rewrite preview when applicable. No credit card required. ATS Check and Builder can be started without an account.
What do I get when I sign in?
You can save source résumés, choose one for each job match, and keep job matches and applications together. Free includes 1 saved résumé, Essentials includes up to 3, and Monthly includes up to 5. Each match records the source résumé used, so reruns stay with that source unless you choose another.
Does PassATS guarantee my résumé will pass?
No tool can guarantee that. PassATS shows the gaps that commonly cause filtering and helps you make a stronger, more relevant application.
Should I upload a PDF or a DOCX?
DOCX gives the cleanest text extraction. PDF and plain text work too, but scanned or image-based PDFs can be harder to read accurately.
Do you use my résumé to train AI models?
No. Your résumé and job description are used only to generate your analysis. They are never used to train AI models.
