What PassATS does
PassATS is an AI-powered resume optimization tool. It analyses your resume and job description using Claude (Anthropic) and generates a rewritten resume, cover letter, keyword analysis, and interview preparation guidance.
No guarantees on outcomes
PassATS provides AI-generated suggestions to improve your resume's compatibility with applicant tracking systems. We make no guarantee that using PassATS will result in your resume passing any specific ATS, securing interviews, or obtaining employment. Results are provided "as-is" and you use them at your own discretion.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it. Do not submit content you have not read and verified as accurate. PassATS outputs should not be treated as professional career advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use PassATS to generate content for mass automated job applications, spam, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate access for abuse without notice.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassATS's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim, or £100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PassATS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
