Monthly plan
If you're not satisfied with PassATS, contact us within 7 days of your first payment. We'll issue a full refund for accounts where the service hasn't been substantially used — no reason required.
Credits
Credits are non-refundable once an analysis has been run. If you purchased credits but haven't used any, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
EU & UK customers
If you're based in the EU or UK, you're entitled to a 14-day refund under consumer protection law, regardless of usage. Contact us and we'll process it without question.
How to request a refund
Email us at mfadhliismail@gmail.com with the email address you used to purchase. We'll process refunds within 5–10 business days.
