02 JOB
A real posting
Paste the job description. PassATS uses ATS-style checks for keywords, sections, and structure; it does not claim to reproduce every employer’s parser.
03 SCORE
What it wants, and what you don’t prove yet
Every job match includes ATS-style scoring, a breakdown, and the specific keywords your selected source résumé is missing. Enhanced analyses add the tailored résumé, cover letter, and interview prep; Monthly/trial adds outreach and the rest of the job-search toolkit. The application records that source, and reruns use it unless you explicitly choose another.
04 EVIDENCE
Your words, saved when you choose
Save the application, then review each missing keyword. If it’s genuinely true, write the evidence in your own words and choose Confirm and add to save it to the selected source résumé.
Your selected source is now stronger
Only evidence you wrote and saved with Confirm and add becomes part of the source résumé. Rerun the application with that same source, or explicitly choose another source to start a new match.

This is what a clean parser reads. Anything marked ✗ or [ NULL ] may be dropped entirely — a stricter ATS does worse.
Why a keyword scores the way it does
- ✓ ReactFound "React" in your résumé.
- ✗ GraphQL"GraphQL" doesn't appear in your résumé — Taleo and Workday match ATS keywords literally, exact spelling only, so a synonym or abbreviation elsewhere won't count.
